There are now some important forms which you need to complete, by specific deadlines, in advance of the event.  Here is a handy checklist which details what you should complete and by when.

 

Please also acquaint yourself with the rest of the manual which provides useful information on arriving at the venue, build-up and break down procedures, additional onsite goods and services and of course health, safety and security.

 

Your account manager will be onsite to welcome you at the show and if you need anything between now and then please do reach out to them.
